My name is Maryam Rasul and I am the Family Worker in John Chilton School. I offer advice and support with completing forms, or contacting different agencies. I can also help with suggesting activities for your families to take part in outside of school and much more. Even if you are feeling overwhelmed and would like someone to talk to, I can be that person for you; or I can suggest alternative agencies that can help.
You will hear from me throughout the year about events or other relevant information that I will send home. Remember to look out for coffee morning and transition events.

I also monitor attendance and absences in school. I work closely with parents to ensure that their children are attending school as much as possible.
Be sure to visit this website page frequently to see a list of agencies that offer support in the community. I will also post information about events in the community, particularly just before school holidays. Every month, I post the events calendar from the Ealing Help website. This calendar has links and information about great events and clubs that are currently running in Ealing.
I look forward to working with you and helping you to develop strong ties with John Chilton School and the community.
